Welcome to my page! Big Mike here. I'd like to share a little bit about who I am. I'm Chicago born and raised. I take pride in my college education having graduated from Western Illinois University in 1996. Upon graduation, I found myself in the casino industry. With almost 30 years of experience in casino customer service, I've honed my skills in creating memorable experiences for guests as well as critical thinking and problem solving with a focus on solutions that please.
